In accordance with the notice from the higher authorities and the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control, regulations on the management of students entering and leaving the campus have been adjusted as follows since June 1:



1. In-school students are not allowed to stay out of town unless necessary, and are not allowed to go to medium-high risk areas or prefecture-level cities (districts) where COVID-19 has occurred.



Students leaving the campus must go through the procedures of asking for leave in advance, and can leave the campus only after approval. When entering the school, the travel card must be checked, the nucleic acid test negative report within 48 hours must be held, and the access control system must be used to enter the school. Students returning from other places should take health monitoring measures according to the school's local prevention and control policies.



3. Students who do not leave town and return to school on the same day shall be on the preset list of normal nucleic acid test on the next day and submit an application on the previous day. Students who leave school for other special reasons can apply for leave on the same day.



4. All students returning to school must take regular nucleic acid tests the next day.



5. The prevention and control work of Zhangjiagang Campus and Suzhou University of Technology shall be carried out in accordance with local requirements.



Students should strengthen personal protection and consolidate the achievements of the school's epidemic prevention and control work. All units should continue to implement the daily report and zero report system to fully grasp the information of students returning to school after leaving school. The university will adjust the relevant management regulations timely according to the development of the epidemic situation and the requirements of the superior documents.
